She's been writing and editing with We Are Explorers for over five years, but has also been published by Junkee, Get Lost Magazine, and Astray (formerly Global Hobo), Amy lives on Larrakia land in the NT and is frequently on the hunt for new bodies of freshwater to dunk herself into. She's passionate about her community, protecting the environment, and paddling down gentle rivers. She will begrudgingly climb a mountain for the view and ecstatically road trip to new places.
