Your Hosts

Since opening in 1990 the Undara Experience has aimed to preserve the fragile ecosystem surrounding Undara by employing sustainable, low impact practices. It’s an incredible landscape that gives character to your camping adventure.

You’ll wake with bird songs and watch a golden sunset at the end of the day. In between there’s some epic ways to explore this ancient land. Pull on hiking boots and head out bushwalking or hit the trails on mountain bikes.

Plus the ancient lava tube caves can be explored on a tour with the award-winning Savannah Guides. But if you want the best tips and advice for exploring Undara – ask for Super. He’s been there for 31 years and no one knows the land like he does.

Whatever your adventure, you should prepare for a true Aussie Outback experience, with kangaroos, wallabies and (chip-stealing) kookaburras thrown in for good measure.
