Good news for Heysen hikers! The South Australia Good news for Heysen hikers!

The South Australian Government has come through on an election promise to buy land at Cudlee Creek (lol) so that hikers on Australia's longest walking trail no longer have to detour on narrow, winding roads.

The purchase of nearly six hectares to add to Cudlee Creek Conservation Park reopens a 1km section of the Heysen Trail that crossed private land and was closed off by its former owner.

Great things! Catchya in the Adelaide Hills.
