The team at For Wild Places is looking for passionate Explorers to join the first Sydney TRACTION event!

The TRACTION: Trail Action event will take place on Sunday 14th of July at Taronga Zoo / Bradleys Head from 10am to 12pm.

This is an opportunity to come together with For Wild Places (FWP) and Sydney’s trail-loving community to participate in a clean up of the area’s walking trails. It’s also a great way to connect with like-minded trail users and help the local environment thrive!

You’ll hear from environmental leaders about local issues and connect with the cultural history of the area, as well as enjoy a refreshing beverage and catch up with the group after the hard work is done.

Plus, the event is being held in partnership with We Are Explorers, so we look forward to seeing you there!

What is TRACTION?

TRACTION is FWP’s way of inviting all trail users to actively care for the trails we use by leaving them better than we found them. This could include simple things like picking up rubbish, sticking to the trail, abiding by any closures, and getting involved in trail maintenance with a local group.
