Visitors to Hobart can now experience more of its Visitors to Hobart can now experience more of its beautiful bushland and parks, with the opening of a new accessible trail from Waterworks Reserve up into the foothills of kunanyi/Mt Wellington.

The new 2km trail is accessible to prams, wheelchairs, and beginner mountain bikers after an $800,000 upgrade was made to the old trail, funded by the City of Hobart and the Local Government Association of Tasmania.

The trail takes visitors to the Pipe-Head Well heritage feature, towards the Gentle Annie Falls heritage site, and below beautiful sandstone cliffs.
