Melissa Edwards

Melissa Edwards is a rock climber, part-time trail running and beginner gravel bike rider. Mel is a champion for diversity and inclusion, bringing their extensive advocacy, education, community development and event management experience to all aspects of their work. This means creating spaces that invite everyone along and where individuals feel proud and empowered to be their true selves. They believe in a utilitarian approach to building community and this means person-centred and solution-focused ways of working when it comes to confronting and tackling systemic change.
