Have you produced a ripping Aussie adventure film? Want to see it on the big screen and share it with other frothers? This is for you.

Last year we partnered with the very first Adventure Reels Film Tour, a rip-snorting collection of adventure flicks featuring climbing, wingsuiting, whitewater, and the obligatory guy on a bike doing tricks you can’t even understand.

This October it’s coming back, and festival director Jemima Robinson has let me know that they’re on the hunt for Aussie films that get audience hearts pumping.

‘I’d love to have a fully-packed Aussie program, can you put the call out to your network of adventurers?’

Say less Jemima, I’m all over it.

If you want to be a part of the action, head to the submission website, read all about it, and throw your hat in the ring.

The tour screens over 25 times around Australia, so there’ll be heaps of eyeballs and royalties if you get selected.

The deadline is the 7th of July 2026, with films selected on the 27th of August.

One big tip: It has to be a documentary about action sports.

The tour also has a no entry fee policy for emerging film makers, students, and those on a budget.
