Have you ever ran a marathon? What about 150? And what about in 150 days? That’s what Erchana did –  all while raising a stack of cash to protect at-risk wildlife.

In 2022, Erchana Murray-Bartlett ran 150 marathons in 150 days while raising over $140,000 for the Wilderness Society to protect Australia’s at-risk wildlife.

In this episode of Act Local, Cameron Doyle goes for a jog with Erchana to chat about her Tip-to-Toe fundraiser. The feat that saw her run from the northern tip of the Australian mainland, Cape York, to the southern toe in Narrm/Melbourne — and break a Guinness world record.

Cam and Erchana run :eyes: through how an adventurous feat can be used to protect the natural world, or raise money for other worthy causes.
