Our property is a gorgeous 100 acres, located on Bungonia Creek. We have a vineyard, permaculture gardens, aquaponics system, a no-dig vegetable garden, cows and sheep in the paddocks, and an abundance of native wildlife such as kangaroos, wombats, rabbits, and colourful native birds.

The eastern boundary of our property is formed by the Bungonia Creek as it winds its way through to the Bungonia Gorge, a popular tourist spot for hikers and canyoners, located in the Bungonia National Park.

The tiny house is nestled in a small clearing surrounded by native trees and vegetation. There’s a view over our dam and distant views across the valley. We’re situated on the site of an extinct volcano and have the ruins of the old ‘Hit or Miss Inn’ (c 1832) located in one of our paddocks.

Our tiny house is a lovely studio space of 14.4 square metres. It offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and heating. Perfect for 2 persons!
