Immersed in beautiful nature, this off-grid tiny home is thoughtfully designed to give you a slice of wilderness, without having to sacrifice too many of life’s luxuries.

Just five minutes outside of Mullumbimby, tucked into the Byron Hinterlands, you’re nestled at the base of Mount Chincogan.

Have a relaxing soak in the outdoor bath, whilst surrounded by beautiful nature, hear the native birds chirping in the trees, and be visited by local cows, horses (and a farm dog).

This tiny home is custom-designed to feel modern and luxe, whilst taking advantage of the stunning scenery (particularly from the outdoor bath). Life’s busy enough, so we’ve adopted a minimalist feel and focused on the things that matter.

This tiny home is completely off-grid. Your water is pumped from a naturally occurring aquifer 40 metres under the mountain, your electricity is solar generated, the stove is gas, and you’ll have an eco-friendly, waterless composting toilet.

Due to the remote location, there may be limited mobile reception. We’ve made a conscious decision to not have WiFi – We felt it was an opportunity to unplug from our digital lives and reconnect with nature, serenity, and each other – experiencing nature through our eyes, not our screens.
