Megan Holbeck's adventures have changed with her life: climbing missions and six-month trips across Africa (by public transport, foot and an array of boats...) have changed to ocean swimming, trail running and day trips, with the occasional longer leave pass. She was Editor of Wild and Rock magazines, and has spent the last ten years as a freelance travel and adventure writer.
