Dan is a mindset coach and meditation teacher. He believes in regularly triggering your brain’s leap muscle to break routine, so he challenged himself to 52 new experiences in 52 weeks. We’re not sure whether he found himself or lost himself but he hasn’t stopped leaping since. You’ll find him wandering the planet climbing mountains, exploring the Amazon or embarking on extensive silent meditation retreats.
