You in Vicco this weekend? Get yourself down to Wada Wurrung country and check out the Australian Indigenous Surfing Title!

After missing the chance to thrash in 2020 due to COVID, the Australian Indigenous Surfing Title is back for its tenth year at Victoria’s home of surf, Bells Beach on Wada Wurrung country.

From May 28-30, 80 of the nation’s best Indigenous surfers will hang-ten it out for a chance at the title. There are a bunch of divisions including;

  • Open Men
  • Open Women
  • Junior Boys
  • Junior Girls
  • Longboard
  • Master Men

This year’s comp will be particularly important, as the First Nation’s community welcomes a long awaited chance to gather after last year’s cancellation.

If you’re in Melbourne or on the Surf Coast, get yourself down there!
