Yep, Beau Miles is still running. But now he’s got some brain space to think.

In A Bloody Long Run Episode 3, Beau attempts to wrap this puppy up, but not without plenty more near-inaccessible Victorian backcountry to wrangle, life and luck to ponder, a mate to join for the ride, and plenty of wisdom dropped by Kurnai Elders, Cheryl and Sandy.

Need a refresher? The second installment of A Bloody Long Run saw Beau retracing his own footsteps 15 weeks after his initial attempt at running the 220km McMillan Track, which left him in a terrible way. The last episode concluded at the point where he’d abandoned the previous undertaking but in incredibly higher spirits, ready to take on the next leg for the first time.

Does Beau make it to the finish line (and get himself an ice-cold beer)? Press play and find out.
