The Bathurst Rotary Gravel Ride is a new one-day gravel cycling and charity event, designed on the training grounds of ex-pro cyclist Mark Renshaw, a Bathurst local and Tour de France competitor.

With three courses for all levels of skill and ages, the event is an opportunity to ride a variety of environments with no steep uphill, a few fast sections for fun, and lots of scenic beauty. Charles Sturt University, at the base of Wahluu on Wiradjuri Country, is a really picturesque place to ride.

Choose between the ‘One Hour ‘course for ages 14 and over, or test your limits on the ‘#bathurstgravel’ course. Children aged 2-13 can participate in the ‘Together for Life’ route on paved paths.

The day will be complete with a dedicated festival area for spectators and competitors alike, with live music, market stalls, street theatre, and local food and drink. Celebrate your achievements with your family and friends around the fire pit, enjoy beer and wine tasting and good local produce (paddock to plate).

This event is born out of the former B2B as well as the friendship and love of our cycling communities that exists across the world.

All entry fees are donated to local charities Lifeline Central West, Central West Women’s Health Centre, and Veritas House.
