About You

  • 3-5+ years experience in a related role, ideally within an agency, media or production house
  • Ambitious individual with a high level of organisation and interpersonal skills – an excellent communicator with external clients and internal teams (online and offline)
  • A skilled and detail-oriented project manager; planning, execution, and follow up reporting (ideally with social / digital campaigns)
  • A creative strategist, adept at multi-tasking, with a meticulous approach to work
  • A genuine passion for nature, adventure, and conservation; someone eager to spread the good vibes
  • Experience using any of the following tools is a plus – WordPress, CRM, Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and project management software

The Role

We’re offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Freelance Content & Campaign Producer to join our team. Working within our Campaigns team you’ll be running end-to-end content-driven media projects that deliver value to our audience (a crew of modern-day explorers) and impactful results for our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading end to end digital campaigns from project sign-off through to reporting (projects include activations, editorial, video, and media campaigns)
  • Acting as the key contact for all project stakeholders including top tier clients, WAE team members, and suppliers
  • Producing unforgettable campaigns that breathe We Are Explorers’ values
  • Ensuring client deliverables are met in an accurate and timely way that encourages long-term partnerships
  • Using various programs including Slack, Monday.com, Adobe Lightroom, Google Analytics, Hubspot CRM, and WordPress to maintain regular contact with our team
