The North Face Adventure Grant is looking for its next explorer…

Now in its 10th year, The North Face Adventure Grant has a strong history of stoking out adventurers from Australian and New Zealand. As usual, it will be awarded to a recipient with a dream of undertaking a human-powered expedition that “embodies the spirit of exploration”.

The 2018 winner will receive $8000 to pump some life into their dreamspedition, as well as $2000 worth of North Face gear to keep them dry/warm/alive!

Reckon you’ve got what it takes? Applications for the 2018 grant close on the 30th of November 2017, two weeks away! Apply now!

Last Year’s Winner

Lucy Barnard from Brisbane won last year’s grant and is currently walking from Ushuaia, the southern tip of South America, to the far-north of Alaska, in a bid to “walk the length of the world”. Epic. Apparently she’s 37 weeks in and 2000km down so there’s more than enough time to catch up (reading about it!)
