Hometown // Sydney

Day Job // I’m a forklift driver for a transport company by day.

Weapons of Choice // I shoot landscapes with the Canon 5D Mark III and Tokina 16-28mm lens (SOLD) and surf shots with the Canon 7D and 300mm f/4. I also shoot with the iPhone 6S Plus on numerous occasions.

What inspires you // I love the outdoors and travelling, something I’ve enjoyed all my life. Landscape photography came about a few years ago through Instagram and a few local IGers who I admired, met and learned from. So combining the two things for me was a bonus, I now travel with my camera gear and capture the memories and stories along the way.

Dream adventure location to shoot in Australia // My dream adventure would have to be Tasmania. I’ve been there once before but that was only for a few days and loved it. I would love to spend more time there in the near future, there is so much to explore and see there.

One piece of advice for aspiring photographers // Do it because you love it, get out and explore and shoot as much as you can.

Favourite Quote // “The universe is a pretty big place. If it’s just us, seems like an awful waste of space.” – Carl Sagan, Contact.

It's such an amazing place and one I am keen to go back to very soon. I recommend doing the quad bike tour to get the best experience of the dunes." #weareexplorers

Not a bad back up plan with the mountains providing a great back drop for your photos. I'm really happy with this shot as the sun didn't make an appearance that morning." #weareexplorers

Located in the Botany Bay National Park, it's also a favourite destination for our little family weekend." #weareexplorers

Recently I went back there for a day visit on the way to Brisbane with my wife. Although the weather wasn't playing nice we made the most of it by setting up some moody shots." #weareexplorers
